    Dana Silverstein, LMSW is a Master of Social Work with passion and experience in counseling youth, adolescents and families to reach their full potential. She uses creativity with an eclectic approach to meet the unique needs of each individual.

    Dana specializes in enhancing living and social skills utilizing strength-based empowerment theories to enhance each client’s self esteem and growth. She uses cognitive behavioral theories and mindfulness to aid in healthy thought patterns, executive functioning and the reduction in symptoms of anxiety. Dana is also trained / certified in techniques including EMDR, kids yoga and mindfulness & EFT / TFT tapping.

    Dana finds great joy and importance in supporting her clients in their growth.

  • Stephanie Saperstein, LMSW

    Stephanie, LMSW is a Master of Social Work with a passion to build therapeutic relationships with pre-teens, adolescents, families, and young adults in order to promote personal growth and a positive sense of self. Stephanie spent time in Bali, Indonesia where she learned the importance of mind-body connection. Her experience there continues to inform her practice utilizing mindfulness techniques in order to combat symptoms of anxiety, depression, and trauma.

    Stephanie is trained and experienced in utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT) to enhance positive, productive, and rational thinking patterns. Additionally, Stephanie specializes in utilizing empowerment and strength-based theories to aid in self-esteem and social skills. Interventions aimed to strengthen communication skills are also widely used throughout Stephanie’s practice to ensure that each client maintains a stable and secure support system.

    Stephanie continues to feel fulfilled by working with clients to meet their unique needs and goals.

  • Gracie Gilbert, LLMSW

    Gracie Gilbert is a Limited Licensed Social Worker, dedicated to improving mental health outcomes for children and adolescents.

    Her strong educational background includes a Master of Clinical Social Work from Simmons University and a Bachelor of Social Work from New York University's Silver School of Social Work.

    Through diverse clinical experiences, Gracie has developed expertise in cognitive-behavioral therapy, strength-based techniques, mindfulness, and trauma-focused interventions. She creates a safe, nurturing environment where clients can grow and develop resilience. Her therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy, ethical communication, and evidence-based practices.

    Gracie's commitment to helping others extends beyond her professional life. As a volunteer dog foster, she demonstrates her love for animals and her belief in the healing power of companionship. Her varied interests in music, travel, and art inform her holistic approach to therapy, allowing her to connect with clients on multiple levels.

    With her passion for mental health and her clinical expertise, Gracie is a valuable asset to Michigan's therapeutic community.

  • Elizabeth Kole, LMSW

    Elizabeth Kole, LMSW is a Master of Clinical Social worker who is dedicated to providing clients a safe and collaborative space to navigate through obstacles they are facing. Elizabeth uses a client-centered approach, along with psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques in working with her clients. Additionally, Elizabeth specializes in utilizing strength based and empowerment theories to aid and strengthen self- esteem and social skills.

    Elizabeth aims to meet each client where they are and assist them in working towards their goals of where they want to be. Elizabeth has experience working with a variety of populations who struggle with anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief and loss, relationship struggles, and stress management. Elizabeth earned her Master’s in social work degree from Wayne State University and graduated with honors.

  • Emma Ottenhoff, LCSW

    Emma Ottenhoff is a master of clinical social worker and has a passion for community and clinical work in her mental health practice. She recently worked at a community mental health agency providing intensive home and community-based therapy services to children, youth and families experiencing a range of mental health challenges. Emma completed her Bachelors of Psychology with a minor in religion and spirituality at University of Michigan, and her Masters of Social Work at University of Michigan.

    Emma has a background of using mindfulness practices in research, clinical intervention, and personal experience with yoga, meditation, and nature-based activities. Emma has received specialized  advanced training in treatment of trauma, adventure therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy. Emma is a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community and has supported many LGBTQ+ young people in their exploration of identity and self.
